The website uses no cookies and no analytics tools, and the fonts are hosted on the website itself: the page makes no requests to outside services.

Like every server, the one hosting the website (Infomaniak, in Switzerland) records technical data such as your IP address and the time of your visit. It is used only to keep the website running and secure, and it is deleted after 10 days at most.

Your answers stay in your browser: they don’t reach anyone. If you close the page, they are gone.

If you book a call, your answers are not sent: if you like, you can tell us about them during the call.

Bookings go through meetergo (meetergo GmbH, servers in Germany). The studio receives your name, your email address, the time you chose and whatever you write in the form. This is used only to prepare the call.

The video call also runs on meetergo, on the same servers in Germany.

Your message reaches the studio’s mailbox, hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland, and is used only to reply to you.

To Switzerland and Germany. Germany is one of the countries that Switzerland recognises as providing adequate data protection.

Your data is never sold, nor used for advertising or to send you messages you didn’t ask for.

For as long as it’s needed for the call and for any work together. If no work together follows, it is deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact.

Only documents that the law requires to be kept, such as accounting records, are kept longer.

You can ask at any time what data the studio holds about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Just email info@bonsaistudio.ch: the answer is free of charge and arrives within 30 days.
